Service terms and prices
Version dated 9 October 2026
1. Provider and services
Individual entrepreneur Maxim Andreevich Petrov, tax ID 532205085731, registration number 320532100001968, provides translations and organisational assistance with documents to adult customers under the QADI name. Decisions are made by the competent authority. The provider does not issue government documents or guarantee approval. These terms apply to qadi.ru.
2. Orders and agreement
The customer describes the request. The provider checks the initial information and sends an individual quotation specifying documents, services, total price and timelines. Payment of the agreed quotation constitutes acceptance if these terms have been made available before payment. An enquiry does not create a payment obligation. Additional work requires separate agreement.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Russian rubles. Translation prices are fixed for the listed document types and include notarial certification of the translator’s signature. Assistance starts at RUB 12,000 for recognition, RUB 5,000 for a statement and RUB 7,000 for an apostille. Additional documents and actions are quoted separately. State fees, translations and delivery are not included in assistance fees. The total is fixed in the quotation. Full advance payment is required, by bank transfer or another agreed available method. Robokassa online payment is used only after actual activation; the payment page shows available methods. Where required by law, a receipt is sent to the customer’s email.
4. Timelines
Notarised translation: up to 2 business days. Indicative periods: recognition assistance up to 60 business days; apostille up to 45; statement up to 30. The order period begins after receipt of full payment and all necessary documents. Administrative review begins when the competent authority accepts the application; that authority, including Rosobrnadzor for recognition, determines its period. Estimates do not replace statutory periods for a specific procedure. The provider informs the customer about additional information requests and timeline changes. Shipping is excluded; specific terms are fixed in the quotation. Business days follow the Russian working calendar.
5. Documents and delivery
The customer supplies accurate information, required documents and authority to act where needed. Originals are sent only after agreement on the document set and address. The provider safeguards originals and shares them only with participants in the agreed process or on a lawful basis. Results and originals are shipped to the agreed address. Shipping between the customer and office is charged separately; method, price, address and recipient are agreed before dispatch. Office: 6/11 Bolshaya Sankt-Peterburgskaya Street, Veliky Novgorod, Russia. The need for recognition and applicability of international agreements are assessed individually.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The customer may cancel by emailing site@qadi.ru with order details. If cancellation is unrelated to a breach by the provider, the unused amount is refunded after lawful deductions for actual documented expenses related to the order and separately agreed services actually performed. Submission alone does not justify an automatic 50% deduction. The calculation and evidence are supplied; costs may not be counted twice. Refunds are made within 10 calendar days of receiving the request, by the original payment method or another lawful agreed method. Disagreement over deductions does not postpone this period. Refunds of state fees and third-party payments depend on law and refunds from their recipients. Statutory remedies apply to delay, defects or other breaches.
7. Liability and complaints
The provider is responsible for the quality and timely performance of its services under Russian law. Send complaints to site@qadi.ru. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for breaches and court selection, are not restricted. A negative authority decision alone does not establish defective assistance; liability for provider errors remains. Personal data is processed under the published policy and applicable lawful grounds.
8. Price schedule and other costs
Prices below are per document or procedure. Courier service for submission and collection: RUB 2,000. Shipping between the customer and office is separate. Archive records, other translations and additional actions are quoted before work begins. State fees are shown from the schedule dated 29 September 2026; their current amount and applicability must be checked before payment. They are government payments, not QADI fees.
